c. Official receipts for all monies received shall be signed by the treasurer.
d. The Management Committee shall authorise cheques to be signed by at least two of its Officers, one of which must be the Treasurer, or in the Treasurer's absence, the Chairman.

7. YOUNG PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE.  Junior and Senior Youth Members will each have two members on the Management Committee.  These representatives will be voted for annually, at around the time of the Annual General Meeting.

8. GENERAL MEETINGS.

a. A general meeting of the subscribers over the age of 18, the officers and Management Committee shall be held once a year.
b. Not less than fourteen days notice of the meeting shall be given.
c. The General Meeting shall receive an annual Report, statement of Accounts and shall elect the Management Committee for the forthcoming year.
d. The Management Committee may convene a special General Meeting at any time. Not less than fourteen days notice of the meeting shall be given.

9. WINDING UP. In the event of the Club being dissolved if, after the satisfaction of all debts and liabilities, there shall remaining property whatsoever the same shall (subject to any trusts affecting same) be transferred to Rudston Village Hall to be used for similar charitable objects in the district.

10. CONSTITUTION. The above constitution shall only be altered by resolution passed by two-thirds majority of a general meeting.  At least fourteen days notice is to be given of the proposed amendments.
